Cancellation Policy

Appointments are held with a credit card. We understand that life happens and plans change. In consideration of other guests and of our stylists time, we kindly ask you to alert us at least 24-hours prior to your service. In many cases, our stylists are working from a waiting list. Proper cancellation allows us the opportunity to fill the empty appointment and ultimately makes the rescheduling process easier. Any cancellations made the day prior to your scheduled service will be charged at 50%, and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
